The Baby Lips balms are housed in these adorable, brightly coloured tubes. Some may think that the packaging is childish, but I quite like it. Quenched is just a clear balm, with a very faint, almost undetectable scent. I'm somewhat of a lip balm addict, as I always have to have something on my lips. I like this balm since it is very comfortable, easy to apply, and really does hydrate my lips.
This balm twists up, and applies lip a traditional lipstick. I like that this is very hygienic, unlike balms that come in pots and you have to apply with your fingers. I can use the Baby Lips balms on the go, which is great. The Baby Lips line also includes SPF 20, to keep your lips protected against the sun. It's important to use an SPF year round, as the sun still obviously shines even in the Winter!
Quenched stays on my lips for about 2 hours before I feel like I need to reapply. Even after the feeling of the balm wears off, my lips still feel hydrated and smooth. I feel like this balm actually does something good for my lips, unlike most balms that just sit on top of your lips. Quenched doesn't add anything to the appearance to my lips (ex. a glossy finish), so I didn't include a swatch.
